Dukatos yogurt mix with a teaspoon of salt, peeled and crushed garlic and dried parsley.
Partially melt butter on low heat and add it to Dukatos yogurt.
Stir well. Add flour and baking powder to a mixture of yogurt and butter. Unite with cooking spoon and put on the work surface. Knead by hands until dough gets smooth, shiny and slightly sticky.
Enroll in a plastic foil and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. During this time turn the oven to 200 ° degrees, cover baking sheet with baking paper and fry the sesame in a dry Teflon pan. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into two parts. Stretch the dough into a rectangle thick 5-6 mm, sprinkle it evenly with sesame and use rolling pin to press a sesame in the stretched dough.
Cut into sticks and arrange them on a baking sheet, with small space. Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes, according to your wishes. Serve with a simple Dukatos sauce.
