Greek salad

Greek salad is the usual side dish of each good Greek meal! Thanks to the benevolent Mediterranean climate, Greek gardens are rich in delicious vegetables, that are the foundation of a healthy Mediterranean nutrition and an essential ingredient of Greek salad. The choice of feta cheese makes a difference from salad to the salad, so choose the finest feta cheese - President Somborska.

The culinary advice

The most important ingredient of Greek salad is definitely olive oil. If you are using in the preparation extra virgin olive oil, salad will certainly be delicious!

  1. Clean and wash 600 g tomatoes, 300 g fresh cucumbers, 150 g onion, 250 g green pepper. Then, cut the tomatoes, unpeeled onions, peppers and cucumbers into slices.
  2. Arrange vegetables on the plate on which salad will be served, wrap it with 120 g pitted black olives and 200g President Somborska, cut into cubes.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the salad dressing of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and it dress ingredients of Greek salad.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped oregano and serve!
